Samuel is fantastic! He is sooooo knowledgeable about how things work and go together – from Sonus to surround-sound theatres. He is the most patient person I’ve ever met. He will take the time to get it right. I’m pretty particular, but he is the best. I highly recommend him.
PS. He’s also great about following up and making sure things are right. He won’t sell you on things you don’t need, and when he suggests hardware for your system, he’s not going to charge you 2x what it costs. He’s fair and very honest. I highly recommend him.
